I had an exceptional experience at Hale Automotive in Linton, Indiana. On Monday, I brought my recently purchased truck in due to brake issues. Aaron thoroughly inspected it and discovered more problems than I expected. After discussing options, I decided to try getting the truck home from our fishing trip and fix it myself. To my surprise, Aaron didn’t charge me for their time or diagnostic work—a rare and generous gesture. By Wednesday, my plan fell apart when the front brakes locked up during my drive home. Aaron was incredible—despite being on lunch, he arrived with a tow truck in just 15 minutes and brought my truck back to the shop. Knowing I needed to get home for work the next day, Aaron and his team worked past closing hours to replace all four pads, calipers, rotors, and brake lines in under four hours. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting me back on the road safely. Aaron double-checked everything, ensuring my 90-mile trip home was smooth and trouble-free.
